Milia are small, white (or sometimes pale yellow) spots that usually appear around the eyes, on the cheeks, eyelids, forehead and anywhere on the face where there is general dryness. Apart from making people worry about their appearance, milia aren't harmful and don't need to be treated in any way. They are usually due to the skin’s natural secretion process being blocked by dead skin cells. As this process naturally continues, the keratin and sebum produced form a hard white bump under the skin which just gets bigger until it is removed.
Milia can be treated with Cryotherapy, but a professional salon treatment to create a tiny incision into the skin to extract the milia is sometimes more cost effective. This is also a better method for treating larger areas, producing good results with no damage to the skin.
The skin may form small scabs where the incisions have been made to extract the milia. This is not always the case and sometime there is no scabbing at all. If there is it will heal within 4-5 days.
Broken veins, broken capillaries, spider naevae, and other skin imperfections can be unsightly, difficult to cover and spoil the look of our skin. As we age they can increase in quantity, become more distinctive and physically age the appearance of the skin. They can be easily removed using advanced electrolysis techniques to cauterize the vein or capillary network. Once treated, the skin will begin to look clearer, smoother and more youthful very quickly after the treatment.
You can expect to see results 2-6 weeks after treatment.

These are clusters of capillaries at the surface of the skin which form a small round dome which may be flat topped or slightly raised. As they vary in size and range in colour from bright red to purple , they are so brightly coloured that they can be cosmetically unsightly and stand out. Found on adults on all areas on the face and body they usually appear more with age.
These spots can be treated using cryotherapy, however the preferred method is advanced electrolysis. Where there are larger quantities this is the most cost effective and cosmetically acceptable method with minimal or no scarring at all. The full effect of treatment can be seen at 4-6 weeks post treatment.
